The staff was accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, and the lobby was inviting. the pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind. However, the room fell short of expectations. the musty odor, dust, and unclean bathroom made us uncomfortable. When we raised our concerns, the staff's response was lackluster, hinting at a need for improved customer service and cleanliness standards. Despite these issues, the bed was comfortable, housekeeping was efficient, and minor room problems were promptly addressed. The location of the hotel was convenient and the amenities, such as the terrace and 24-hour front desk, were appreciated. the property also provided free WiFi, which is always a bonus for staying connected. Although the breakfast was decent, I believe there's room for improvement in matching the level of service and cleanliness expected from a 4-star establishment. Having stayed in superior 4-star hotels before, the lack of attention to detail was evident. I found the pool area and the staff there to be pleasant. the room's mattress was acceptable, and the air conditioning worked well. Daily housekeeping was a plus, ensuring a clean environment. However, I hope that the hotel pays more attention to maintaining high standards throughout the property.
